Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Open to SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY candidates
- Recent experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
- Document student progress and maintain ongoing records
- Provide support and resources to teachers and parents to maximize student success
- Engage with school staff to promote inclusive practices
