Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY supervision
  • Experience or interest in working with elementary school students
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery (for remote applicants)
  • Familiarity with IEP process and documentation in educational settings is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language services to an elementary caseload, both in-person and virtually, as needed
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain compliance with school-based documentation requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning
  • Track student progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
