Make a difference in the lives of young learners in a supportive, collaborative school setting. This full-time, contract-based opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist spans 160-170 days at a single elementary campus, serving a caseload of approximately 40-45 students in grades TK-5.

Your expertise will help shape early communication development and foster academic success for students who rely on your dedicated support.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Prior experience in a school-based environment, preferably with students in TK-5
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Compassionate, student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students, supporting academic and social success
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy into the broader classroom and school environment
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, including IEP documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of effective intervention strategies
