Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience in a school-based environment, preferably with students in TK-5
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Compassionate, student-centered approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students, supporting academic and social success
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy into the broader classroom and school environment
- Maintain accurate and timely records, including IEP documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of effective intervention strategies
