About the RoleWe're hiring 1 School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an onsite position in Grass Valley, CA for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a direct hire, in-person role serving students districtwide across multiple school sites.Position Details

• Start Date: [Insert, e.g., August 2026]
• End Date: [Insert, e.g., June 2027]
• Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (½ hour unpaid lunch)
• Hourly Rate: $55.00 – $65.00 / hour, based on experience
• Caseload: 35–40 students
• Setting: Districtwide / multiple school sites
• Student Population: K–12

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to K–12 students across the district
• Travel between multiple school sites to serve assigned caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, IEP teams, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate service records and progress documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to communication goals

Qualifications

• Active California SLP License (required)
• California Teaching Credential (CTC) or eligible to obtain
• CCC-SLP or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) eligible
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Comfortable with districtwide, multi-site assignments
