Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Active state license (or eligible to obtain)
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
  • Ability to manage elementary and/or middle school caseloads
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Deliver therapy services either full-time or part-time as preferred
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to implement IEP goals
  • Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
  • Participate actively in team meetings and professional development opportunities
  • Mentor and receive support as clinically appropriate
