Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure as an SLP; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred
  • Experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy settings a plus
  • Comfortable developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for diverse caseloads
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities
  • Organized, resourceful, and committed to fostering students’ educational success

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both in-person and via teletherapy, targeting articulation, fluency, language, voice, and social communication skills
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide mentorship and support to SLP-CFYs as appropriate
