This onsite, full-time role involves working across K-12 caseloads, with multiple openings available to match your experience and interests. Both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP – CCC) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) are encouraged to apply, including those interested in travel assignments. You’ll be part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to empowering students with essential communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP positions) or relevant certification for SLPAs
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility in Massachusetts
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required for SLPs
  • Previous experience in a school environment is highly valued
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and individualized intervention for students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement therapy plans in line with IEP goals
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of service delivery, progress, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
  • Adapt interventions for diverse grade levels, from kindergarten through high school
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that empowers every student
