Make a meaningful impact in a supportive school setting as a Speech-Language Pathologist, working with elementary students across multiple locations. In this contract role, you'll collaborate with school staff to provide comprehensive speech and language therapy for students in grades K-5. Key Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF) status
  • Valid South Carolina LLR license for SLP
  • South Carolina Educator Certificate
  • Previous experience in a school setting working with elementary-aged children is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, organization, and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 40 elementary students (K-5) across multiple school sites
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and goals tailored to each student's unique needs
  • Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and document progress in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and other support staff to maximize student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-based teams as needed
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging therapy environment

This full-time opportunity runs from late July 2026 through late May 2027, with weekday hours from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm. You'll have the chance to use your clinical skillset in a collaborative and rewarding educational setting.
