What We're Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year candidates will also be considered
- Proven experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly desirable
- Familiarity with IEP processes, student evaluations, and intervention planning
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to planning processes
- Offer support, consultation, and training to staff and families as needed
This full-time, contract role delivers meaningful student impact along with a competitive hourly rate between $50 and $60, reflecting your expertise and experience.
