What you’ll bring:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
  • Understanding of IEPs, progress monitoring, and student support services
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt assessment and therapy techniques to a wide range of student needs

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluate students referred for speech and language concerns
  • Develop and implement individualized speech/language therapy plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and caregivers to facilitate student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist in IEP development, meetings, and goal setting
  • Provide both direct and consultative services, adjusting support as students’ needs change
  • Serve as a resource for school personnel, sharing expertise on communication and language strategies in the classroom
