Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current, active SLP license valid in Colorado
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working with school-aged children at the elementary, middle, and/or high school level
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement appropriate IEPs in a collaborative setting
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive and positive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, diagnostics, and screenings for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Provide therapy services individually and in group settings across various grade levels
  • Maintain accurate documentation and student progress reports as required
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations for student development
  • Support educational staff through in-service training and consultation as needed
