Step into a dynamic role supporting students with communication needs across elementary, middle, and high school settings. This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to make a genuine impact throughout the academic year in a vibrant educational community near Green Bay, WI.

As a valued school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll work onsite, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to help students achieve their communication and learning goals. Expect a manageable caseload of approximately 38-40 students, providing direct services and support in both group and individual settings.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active SLP license for the state of Wisconsin
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience in school settings and familiarity with IEP processes
  • Ability to work with students from elementary through high school levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
  • Organizational skills to effectively manage caseload documentation and schedules

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evaluation, assessment, and direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to maximize student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports regarding therapy sessions and student progress
  • Provide consultation and strategies to educators and families to support student communication skills in the school environment
