Key qualifications and skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP licensure for the state of Wisconsin
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates considered
• Prior experience in a school environment is beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse student populations
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
• Deliver direct therapy services tailored to student needs, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to integrate therapy goals in the classroom
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and related reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to assist in student success
