Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
  • Active state licensure (Wisconsin SLP license required)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs will be considered
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable with both in-person and virtual service delivery, as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and ongoing clinical training
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment
