Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure and certification (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Wisconsin
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Background with school-aged children, IEP development, and progress monitoring
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group speech and language therapy to students with a variety of needs and backgrounds
• Evaluate and assess students for speech and language disorders in collaboration with the special education team
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate strategies into classroom routines and home environments
• Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff in implementing communication interventions across the school
