Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state license (Wisconsin) and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for clinical fellowship year (CFY)
- Experience providing speech, language, and communication interventions in educational settings
- Comprehensive understanding of IEP processes, assessments, and individualized treatment planning
- Strong collaboration, organization, communication, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostics to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to monitor progress and support carryover of strategies
- Maintain clear and timely records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress
- Participate actively in team meetings, IEP conferences, and school-based intervention planning
