Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in Wisconsin (or willingness to obtain)
  • School-based SLP experience preferred, with comfort serving diverse student populations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive SLP services to a caseload of approximately 38–40 students spanning elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and collaborate with educators and families
  • Participate in interdisciplinary teams and adapt therapy plans to meet individual needs
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
