School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Green Valley, Arizona

This contract opportunity focuses primarily on elementary students—with occasional work at the middle school level—at one or two school sites, depending on specific assignment needs.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working in pediatric and school settings
• Familiarity with IEP processes; experience using IEP Pro is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and consultation skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver therapy sessions for a diverse caseload of students
• Conduct thorough speech/language evaluations and document progress
• Participate in IEP team meetings; collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
• Prepare comprehensive assessment, therapy, and progress reports
• Provide consultations to teachers and staff for student support and intervention strategies
• Complete necessary Medicaid billing in accordance with district policies
• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) as needed
• Use IEP Pro to document and manage IEPs with efficiency and accuracy
