Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
  • Prior experience working with children or school-aged populations is preferred
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities
  • Capable of working efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans to support measurable progress
  • Deliver engaging, effective therapy sessions addressing a range of speech and language goals
  • Keep detailed documentation of student progress and adjust treatment as needed
  • Work in close collaboration with teachers, staff, and other specialists to coordinate services
  • Partner with families, providing guidance and engaging them in the therapy process
