Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows will also be considered
  • Experience providing direct and indirect therapy services in school settings
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work with diverse student populations across a range of needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
  • Consult with educators and families to optimize support strategies
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and professional development opportunities
