Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows will also be considered
- Experience providing direct and indirect therapy services in school settings
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations across a range of needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Consult with educators and families to optimize support strategies
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and professional development opportunities
