Qualifications & Desired Background:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other school staff to promote student success
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in both group and individual settings
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation on student progress and compliance with IDEA regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team-based planning
• Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment to help students achieve their communication goals
