Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure prior to starting
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
  • Dedication to fostering growth and development in adolescent learners
  • Openness to working with a diverse student population
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; supportive mentorship available

Responsibilities:

  • Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Create and implement tailored intervention plans for each student on your caseload
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation that adheres to school and legal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
