This full-time position spans the entire school year and welcomes both experienced SLP-CCC professionals and new graduates pursuing their clinical fellowship (CFY).
You’ll play a key role in a supportive educational environment, helping students discover their voices and achieve meaningful communication milestones. The caseload includes both middle and high school age groups, making this an excellent opportunity to develop a broad range of SLP skills.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure prior to starting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
- Dedication to fostering growth and development in adolescent learners
- Openness to working with a diverse student population
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; supportive mentorship available
Responsibilities:
- Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Create and implement tailored intervention plans for each student on your caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation that adheres to school and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
