Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state license or eligibility to obtain one
- Current SLP-CCC, or recent graduates with SLP-CFY status
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Clinical competence in providing services to children and adolescents
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, communication, and social disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student services and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
- Support a caseload of middle and high school students throughout the full school year
