Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Current SLP-CCC, or recent graduates with SLP-CFY status
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Clinical competence in providing services to children and adolescents

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, communication, and social disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student progress
  • Maintain accurate records of student services and progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
  • Support a caseload of middle and high school students throughout the full school year
