Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication growth alongside a dedicated and collaborative team for the 2026-2027 school year. We are seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide high-quality services to school-aged children. With the guidance of a director who is also an SLP and support from a team of nine other professionals, you’ll find mentorship, shared resources, and professional camaraderie each day.

Roles Available:

  • Position 1: Serve students across two elementary school settings.
  • Position 2: Support a caseload encompassing K-12, with a primary focus on elementary-aged students.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply.
  • Active state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start).
  • Experience in school-based practice is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for fostering student success.
  • Preference given to those comfortable collaborating with a district-based SLP team.
  • Please note: SLPA supervision is not part of these openings.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and family members.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and participate in student progress meetings.
  • Contribute to a supportive environment for both students and colleagues.
