Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students
  • Adaptable and collaborative, with excellent communication skills
  • Open to supporting SLPAs in the delivery of student services

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students
  • Leading both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs
  • Consulting and collaborating with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Documenting progress, attending IEP meetings, and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing direction and support to SLPAs to ensure high-quality services
