Make an impact in a school-based environment supporting students’ communication growth and development. This contract role focuses on evaluation, treatment, and collaboration with education teams to help students reach their full potential. Individuals with a background in speech-language pathology—either as an SLP, SLP-CCC, SLPA, or those experienced in school and healthcare settings—are encouraged to apply and bring specialized skills to a pediatric caseload.

Skills and Experience Sought:

  • Active or pending state SLP license required
  • SLP-CCC designation strongly preferred, though SLP-CF candidates are welcome
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in educational or healthcare settings
  • SLPA candidates considered for roles supporting SLPs
  • Proficiency in working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Comfortable performing evaluations, developing IEP goals, and delivering direct therapy
  • Familiarity with school documentation and reporting requirements
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop customized treatment plans targeting student-specific needs
  • Deliver therapy services—both direct and indirect—to meet IEP goals
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student success
  • Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Adapt intervention techniques to best support individual learning styles
  • Adhere to all compliance, documentation, and reporting procedures as required
