A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025–2026 academic year working with K–12 students in the Greenfield, CA area. This in-person role offers the chance to provide direct therapy and assessment services within a smaller, close-knit school community. Part-time availability may be considered for the right candidate.

Location: Greenfield, California
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Duration: Contract position for the academic year, start date ASAP, end date TBD
Reporting to: Director of Special Education

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted speech and language therapy in accordance with student IEPs
  • Conduct initial and re-evaluations as needed
  • Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain regular communication with families and staff for ongoing student progress
  • Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers
  • Document therapy sessions and monitor student outcomes
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active or pending Speech Language Pathologist license (SLP - CCC preferred)
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in school settings and with pediatric populations
  • Strong skills in evaluation, intervention, and IEP documentation
  • Knowledge of IDEA and state regulations governing school-based services
  • Clear federal background check
  • Excellent communication, teamwork abilities, and passion for supporting diverse learner needs
