You'll work closely with a dedicated team, including another SLP specializing in supporting nonverbal students with life skills needs. With a manageable caseload of approximately 50–70 students, your expertise will be crucial in driving student success through comprehensive assessments and professional collaboration.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience within school-based settings
  • Strong background in conducting speech and language evaluations
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow SLPs and interdisciplinary teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language evaluations for a diverse student population
  • Partner with a fellow SLP to provide targeted support for nonverbal students focused on life skills
  • Share insights and expertise with the SLP team during meetings and collaborative sessions
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in individualized education plan (IEP) meetings and contribute to intervention planning
