Step into a vital role supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, full-school-year contract near Greenfield, IN. In this position, you’ll work onsite, collaborating with school teams to empower young learners and help them achieve their communication goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field
  • Current or eligible state licensure for SLPs
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Familiarity with pediatric populations, particularly elementary school-aged children
  • Experience with school-based services and IEP processes preferred
  • Comfort with healthcare and educational documentation standards
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Some teletherapy experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP requirements
  • Deliver direct therapy services onsite to students, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as necessary
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school staff to create supportive learning environments
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all services and student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education plans
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and compliance with state and federal guidelines
