This full-time, full school year contract opportunity offers you the chance to work onsite with a dedicated educational team in a community near Greenfield, IN, delivering essential speech and language services to young learners.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
  • Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly valued
  • Confidence in assessment, development, and implementation of IEPs for elementary students
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working closely with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Knowledge of teletherapy a plus, but primary assignment is onsite

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students with communication, speech, and language disorders within an elementary school caseload
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide both direct and consultative therapy
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ progress
  • Document student progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Advocate for accessible communication opportunities within the school environment
  • Maintain professional ethics and adhere to state and district regulations
