Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will be considered
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ready to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students according to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs and track progress
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student goals
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of services, progress, and compliance with all relevant guidelines
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student success
• Offer guidance and resources to staff and families to ensure comprehensive care
