You’ll work closely with students, educators, and families to ensure every student has access to vital communication support that empowers academic and personal success. One position is full-time, while the other offers part-time flexibility at 2.5 days per week—ideal for candidates who desire work-life balance.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with K-12 students in an educational or pediatric setting
- Solid communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a commitment to personalized interventions
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language, voice, fluency, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and caregivers to support student learning and progress
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the IEP process, documentation, and meetings
- Provide guidance and resources to staff and families regarding communication disorders and intervention strategies
