Embrace an exciting contract opportunity to use your Speech-Language Pathology skills supporting students in a dynamic school-based setting near Greenfield, IN. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference, working with diverse K-12th grade students. Two positions are available: one full-time and one part-time (2.5 days per week), providing flexibility to match your ideal schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid SLP license in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly valued
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver direct therapy in accordance with student needs
  • Work closely with educators, families, and other support staff to promote student communication and academic success
  • Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation
  • Utilize evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to a diverse population
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Provide support and guidance to teachers and other school personnel regarding communication challenges
