Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current licensure as an SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
- Experience working with elementary-aged children is highly preferred
- Strong grasp of IEP development, report writing, and conducting evaluations
- Comfortable facilitating meetings and collaborating with educational teams
- Understanding of Medicaid billing procedures in a school environment
- Effective communicator with students, staff, and families
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing direct and indirect speech/language services to K-4th grade students
- Developing and updating IEPs, including documentation and progress tracking
- Completing comprehensive speech/language evaluations and timely report writing
- Actively participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with teachers and parents
- Ensuring accurate Medicaid billing and compliance with regulatory standards
- Supporting students’ communication growth both in and out of the classroom
