School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Greenfield, Indiana

Make a meaningful impact supporting K-4th grade students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic educational setting! Candidates with either their Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) are invited to bring their expertise and compassion to this vital role, helping young learners reach their fullest potential through personalized intervention and care.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Indiana SLP license
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY status
• Experience working with K-4th grade students preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, report writing, and state compliance standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative approach with children, families, and school staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions for elementary-aged students
• Develop and implement individualized IEPs in collaboration with educators and parents
• Complete thorough and timely documentation, including report writing and Medicaid billing
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to support student growth
• Foster an inclusive and positive environment for students' speech and language development
