Key Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with the 5th to 7th grade population
  • School-based SLP background preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Open to SLPA applicants (direct hire required prior)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging therapy services for middle school students, focusing on communication, articulation, and language development
  • Establish and manage a caseload in collaboration with school staff
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Foster supportive relationships with students, families, and educational partners
  • Offer both full-time and part-time schedules (minimum 20 hours/week)
