Compensation ranges from $45 to $50 per hour, reflecting the value placed on your expertise and dedication. Your Role Will Include:

  • Conducting speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments across a diverse caseload
  • Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Delivering engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in groups
  • Documenting student progress and preparing thorough reports to support ongoing development
  • Serving as a resource to school teams by advocating for communication needs and contributing to academic success
  • Participating in IEP meetings and team planning to ensure comprehensive support for each child

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Eligibility or possession of ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Current or eligibility for appropriate state licensure
  • Proficiency and genuine interest in school-based therapy, assessment tools, and IEP process
  • Commitment to communication, collaboration, and student empowerment
