Qualifications & Experience Needed:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings for students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for those with speech and language disorders
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to set and review student goals
• Provide both one-on-one and group intervention sessions
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
