Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Hold or be eligible for state licensure as an SLP
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience with pediatric populations, particularly within school or educational settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt interventions to a diverse caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs using standardized assessments
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings, both on site and virtually
  • Monitor and document students’ progress toward their goals, and regularly update records
  • Educate families and school personnel about strategies that support communication development
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development activities
