Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working with students across all grade levels, from early childhood through high school, for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. You’ll provide critical speech-language services within a supportive educational setting, focusing primarily on early childhood and elementary students while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to foster student success.
This full-time role offers a consistent Tuesday-Friday schedule, with 35 hours per week and 8.75-hour workdays, allowing you to maintain work-life balance. With a manageable caseload of approximately 50 students, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through individualized interventions and ongoing progress monitoring.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent advanced degree)
- Active or eligibility for state licensure/certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Open to both seasoned Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Previous experience working in school settings is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Passion for helping students reach their communication milestones
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for a diverse student population
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students’ individual needs
- Provide both direct and consultative services in inclusive classroom settings and small groups
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and support staff
- Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision (where applicable for CFY)
