Step into an enriching opportunity to support students’ communication skills in an engaging school setting this upcoming academic year. We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide part-time leave coverage beginning August 28, 2026. You will work three days per week (from 7:50 AM to 3:15 PM) with a diverse group of students ranging from PreK to 9th grade.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate flexibility, compassion, and a passion for helping children thrive in academic and social settings.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Ohio state licensure
  • Ohio teaching certification
  • Eligible for or hold Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads is highly valued
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students on your caseload
  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized intervention plans, and track student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance with state and district requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams as needed
