Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Holds or working toward ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
- Eligibility for South Carolina SLP licensure or willingness to obtain prior to the assignment start date
- Experience working with school-aged students preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress accurately
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, staff developments, and ongoing professional growth activities
- Maintain timely records and comply with all district and legal requirements
