Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving students for the 2025-26 school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist! This full-time position is designed for both Clinical Fellows (CF) and those holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Your week will be structured with 37.5 hours, providing balanced time to support students while maintaining your own well-being. The assignment begins August 11, 2025 and runs through May 22, 2026, with the possibility of contract renewal.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those with CCCs are encouraged to apply
- Experience in school settings preferred, but new graduates are welcomed
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and assessments for students with speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
- Maintain thorough, accurate records and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Stay current on best practices in school-based therapy and special education
