Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Active and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Occupational Therapist
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Prior pediatric or school-based experience preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Team-oriented mindset and adaptability in multifaceted educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Offer direct and indirect therapy to students, both individually and in group settings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to support academic and functional outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district regulations and documentation standards
  • Engage in IEP meetings and support the overall educational journey of each student
  • Provide guidance and resources to families and educational staff
