Desired Qualifications:

• Active SLP-CCC credential required
• Current state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in an elementary school setting strongly preferred
• Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs and providing both individual and group therapy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Enthusiasm for working with children from diverse backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations for elementary students
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to optimize communication outcomes
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
• Offer resources, guidance, and support to families to encourage progress at home and in the classroom
