Qualifications:
- Holds a current South Carolina SLP license and ASHA CCCs
- Previous experience in a K-8 school setting preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes
- Comfortable managing a caseload of mild and moderate speech needs
- Available for on-site work only (not open to virtual, SLP-CF, or SLPA roles)
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 25-30 students, predominantly K-5th grade
- Conduct speech and language evaluations
- Participate actively in IEP development and meetings
- Collaborate with staff and families to support student goals
- Schedule: 20-25 hours a week, approximately 8:30am-1:30pm, four days a week (includes time for planning and meetings)
- Assignment runs from August 2 through May 28
