Key qualifications and desired experience:

• Valid Indiana SLP license required
• ASHA CCC certification necessary
• At least one year of previous school-based experience
• Proficiency with Medicaid billing processes
• Strong evaluation and therapeutic intervention skills, especially with preschool populations
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Duties and responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for preschool students
• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate and timely Medicaid billing records in compliance with state guidelines
• Develop and implement IEPs in close partnership with educators and families
• Track student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Serve as a resource for teachers and staff on language development and support strategies
