We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services to a diverse pediatric caseload, working 37.5 hours per week starting July 27. Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings
- Background in teletherapy and traditional on-site SLP services a plus
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with children and making a lasting impact
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to K-12 students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Screen, assess, and diagnose speech-language disorders with appropriate tools and protocols
- Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals in accordance with student needs and educational best practices
- Document progress and maintain organized, compliant records
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff
- Participate actively in team meetings and professional development opportunities
