Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or actively pursuing CFY
  • Prior experience in healthcare, schools, or pediatric settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Adaptable mindset, ready to address varying student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for students
  • Deliver therapy sessions both onsite and via teletherapy as needed
  • Monitor progress and document outcomes, maintaining thorough records
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on goals and progress
  • Stay informed about best practices and compliance in a school-based setting
