Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Valid state SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Previous experience working within school settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP development and case management
  • Exceptional communication and supervisory skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site supervision one day per week for an SLP assistant, supporting best practices and ongoing development
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students during onsite visits
  • Participate in and facilitate IEP meetings, offering informed guidance and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain timely documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state regulations
  • Serve as a resource for parents, staff, and students regarding speech and language services
