Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
• Current state licensure/certification for Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and/or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience or interest in working within pediatric and educational settings
• Strong understanding of diverse communication and language disorders
• Teletherapy experience highly valued
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate with students, staff, and caregivers

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
• Offer one-on-one and group therapy sessions to support academic and functional communication goals
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and IEP reports
• Consult with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
• Provide support and educational resources to teachers and caregivers to facilitate carryover of therapy strategies
• Attend team meetings, contribute to IEP development, and advocate for student needs
• Utilize teletherapy platforms or onsite services as assigned, adapting therapy approaches to meet student needs
