Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
- Current state licensure/certification for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and/or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience or interest in working within pediatric and educational settings
- Strong understanding of diverse communication and language disorders
- Teletherapy experience highly valued
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate with students, staff, and caregivers
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Offer one-on-one and group therapy sessions to support academic and functional communication goals
- Maintain timely, compliant documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and IEP reports
- Consult with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
- Provide support and educational resources to teachers and caregivers to facilitate carryover of therapy strategies
- Attend team meetings, contribute to IEP development, and advocate for student needs
- Utilize teletherapy platforms or onsite services as assigned, adapting therapy approaches to meet student needs
