Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience working with elementary school students is highly valued
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments for elementary students as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student needs
  • Deliver therapy sessions in both group and one-on-one settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress
  • Document goals, progress reports, and therapy notes in accordance with district policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
