Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates also considered
  • School-based or pediatric experience highly regarded
  • Ability to adapt and manage diverse caseloads
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy and intervention to students with various communication needs
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to create a supportive learning environment
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and parent conferences
  • Stay current with best practices and educational regulations relevant to SLP services
