Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Active SLP licensure in Indiana (or the ability to obtain)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but open to Clinical Fellows
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for fostering student progress in diverse, inclusive environments

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Delivering direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students
  • Collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student achievement
  • Maintaining thorough documentation in line with district and federal requirements
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary teams
  • Utilizing creative strategies and evidence-based best practices
