Speech Language Pathologist in Greenwood, IN

Provide essential services as a Speech-Language Pathologist, working closely with students and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate communication growth and foster academic success. Professionals holding their SLP-CCC or completing their SLP-CFY are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Indiana licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for Indiana SLP-CFY
• Experience with school-based speech therapy, preferably with K-4th grade students
• Skilled in IEP and report writing, as well as conducting thorough evaluations
• Familiarity with participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with educational staff
• Understanding of Medicaid billing requirements for school services

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy in both individual and group settings
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's needs
• Perform comprehensive assessments and document findings with accuracy
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings with families and teaching staff
• Complete Medicaid billing documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Maintain ongoing communication with teachers, families, and support personnel
