This assignment spans the full 2026-2027 school year, working with elementary students, providing incredible professional development by exposing you to a range of student needs, diverse workplace solutions, and new leadership perspectives. With two openings available and a consistent 40 hours per week, you’ll collaborate with dedicated educators and enjoy opportunities for mentorship, skill expansion, and résumé building while exploring all the area has to offer.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP license for Indiana
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior pediatric or school-based experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to an elementary caseload
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff for optimal student support
  • Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and track progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team activities
