Qualifications/Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY welcome; consideration given to SLPAs with demonstrated competency)
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in South Carolina
- Experience in school-based settings or pediatrics strongly preferred
- Background in teletherapy, healthcare, or mixed caseloads advantageous
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students within designated caseloads
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Deliver speech-language therapy services on-site, with potential for teletherapy components
- Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families to maximize student success
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school, state, and federal standards
- Support secondary or itinerant school assignments as needed
This position offers a competitive hourly rate between $40 and $50, commensurate with experience.
