  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy and support in group and individual settings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for each student
  • Communicate regularly with parents and staff regarding student progress
  • Maintain timely and organized documentation of services and compliance requirements
