Qualifications:
- Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) and state licensure required
- Prior experience in school-based settings, particularly with elementary age students, is highly valued
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for partnership with teachers, staff, and parents
- Ability to conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and deliver effective, evidence-based interventions
- Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and upholding professional and ethical standards
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ speech and language needs within the elementary caseload
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy and support in group and individual settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for each student
- Communicate regularly with parents and staff regarding student progress
- Maintain timely and organized documentation of services and compliance requirements
