Certified High School School Speech Language Pathologist - Greenwood, SC

Ideal candidates are certified, licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) with experience in secondary and/or middle school settings. Your expertise will help empower diverse student populations in their academic journeys.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Active SLP license and state certification required
• Background in secondary education and/or middle school caseloads preferred
• Knowledge of IEP process, progress monitoring, and evidence-based interventions
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities
• Collaborative mindset for working with school teams and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech services to students on a secondary education caseload and mixed itinerant schedule
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized goals for students
• Complete and update IEP documentation and progress reports
• Consult with educators and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Travel between school sites if assigned to itinerant cases
• Serve as a valuable resource for staff regarding communication strategies and supports
