These full-time assignments are set for four days per week, starting July 17th, 2026, and run the length of a 190-day contract — ideal for professionals seeking a predictable schedule with built-in breaks.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP license in South Carolina (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience with secondary education caseloads and/or itinerant service delivery models
- Comfortable working with both high school and middle school students
- Strong skills in individualized and group therapy, evaluation, and consultation
- Commitment to collaborative teamwork and inclusive practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver comprehensive speech-language services to students with diverse needs
- Serve one secondary education caseload and one mixed itinerant caseload, traveling between sites as needed
- Complete thorough assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and track student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create supportive learning environments
- Attend meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams, offering expertise in communication disorders
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
